I'm retentive as hell about routing cords, hoses, etc... out of floor space. 

We have travertine in front of our front door. Not terribly long ago I had some worn flip flops on with a smooth bottom. A little bit of wet and feet came out from under me so fast, flat on my back and whacked the back of my head on the stone floor. Fucking hell, getting old is a bitch. 2 days ago, weed whacking out on the hill side. Stepped on a fresh patch of grass, just enough moisture to, you guessed it, down on the ground again.
