Second shot hits the ground about 4 feet in front of the perp. (Dude obviously doesn't know how to use a gun).
'Third shot is fired by the security gaurd.
Fourth shot fired by security gaurd.
After that i can't tell...rapid exchange between perp and security gaurd.
All I know is that if that security gaurd hadn't fired when he did, that guy would have likely killed a few of those board members.

That's not what the people on the other side of the desk who were looking into his eyes said. In fact they said just the opposite.

Yes, he was like "WTF are you doing? I told you to get out of the room." It was a typical murder suicide scenario. If it was just a suicide scenario he would have done it at home behind closed doors.
Who knows, but the guy was a whacko that wanted to die, and that he succeeded in.

Look at this again very slowly.
First shot: Clearly between two people.
Second shot: Clearly pointed toward the ground.
Then at around 34 seconds he pulls the gun close, to what I would call a neutral position then starts to walk to his left to resume talking. Then the guard clearly caught him off guard.
I disagree. I think (and I believe the guy the gun was pointing at also thinks according to his recounting) that the gun was pointed right at him. However, without having a vantage point directly in front, behind, or above the gun it would be difficult to tell from that camera angle. All I know is the guy slumped back when the first shot was fired because he thought he was taking one. Luckily it was low and into the desk.
