After two years of a nutrition rabbit hole, and a lot self-testing & bro-science, I have written some guidelines for Enduro Nutrition. There's a lot more on the Seat Time site, but here's a simple place to start.

Please ask questions if you have them. As well, any supplements or food you use that work for you, share them (but also add context to how you use them and when in the day).
I decided to chat through this as a video as well. Dig in if that's your thing!
Why are you taking a pain drug before and during? It’s counter to pretty much all the science and research out there, especially NSAIDS.
You can also get the caffeine directly from a sports hydration drink like Skratch.
The research I've found on PubMed doesn't counter what it can do to help inflammation when taken in recommended doses. They can help with inflammation, but the kidneys also have to process it.

"When we pooled the data among the ten included studies, there was no significant difference between placebo and paracetamol for endurance performance. However, we found an ergogenic effect when we only considered the studies that provided paracetamol 45 to 60 min before exercise. Additionally, paracetamol ingestion enhanced performance in time-to-exhaustion endurance tests, but not in time trials."
I recommend taking small dosages before hand to get it into the system. Since an enduro is typical 4-5 hours, ingesting 1-2 time during the day is still under recommended limits.

Skratch is great option for those looking for an all-in-one supplement.
Thank you!
I don't see anything about a recovery beer(s), I think your suggestions might be flawed.
