Also a "geomicrobiologist" who doesn't know the difference between a Learjet and a Citation, OR the working of aircraft air conditioning, pressurization and bleed air (hot air from the engines) systems.  

It's funny how he has these "experts" blabbing about their specific little fetishes -- but never gets them together in one room and connect all the dots. It's all out of context, and separately some of it sounds plausible, but added together it's a bunch of contradictory bullshit.

He carries on about "Project Popeye" and "Project Cirrus" but doesn't provide details, OR mention that both were "inconclusive". NONE of the available information about either is OFFICIAL,  it's all some nutter's OPINION.  Go on, look it up!

Someone else has said it: the "grid dispersion" is CONTRAILS that converge over navigational fixes. Aircraft, especially aircraft flying high enough to make CONTRAILS, fly on AIRWAYS which are no different than ROADS, with intersections and crossing points and choke points. Here's a couple of examples. 

This one is SoCal, which was my stomping grounds 35 years ago. See all the intersections, crossings and junctions? Aircraft can't stop, but they pass each other over those fixes at different altitudes, which you can't tell from the ground 30 000 or 40 000 feet below. 

So NO, those crossing contrails you see are NOT "dispersal grids" they're just "smoke" trails over intersections. Imagine a bunch of scooters in India or Vietnam, trailing 2T smoke, driving as crazy as they do..... same diffs, just up in the sky. 

Here's another. If you can't visualize what 5 or 6 aircraft at different altitudes, making CONTRAILS from hot exhaust gases in MINUS 40 DEGREE AIR looks like, well...... go play Grand Theft Auto 6 or watch WNBA or something suitable for a low-double digit IQ.

The USAF has around 466 air tankers, 98 KC-46s (Boeing 767s) and the rest KC-135s, the old Boeing 707 4-engine jobs. They can carry around 83 000 pounds of cargo/fuel each.

60 million TONS = 120 BILLION pounds.

You would need 1 445 738 flights to "disperse" that much "chemtrail" ie. silver or alumimium "particulate" (These kooks LOVE using big words, makes them sound smart 🤣)

466 tankers loaded to the brim would have to fly 3102 flights EACH to spread that much "chemtrail" -- every year.

Each tanker would have to fly an average of 8.5 flights  PER DAY, for 365 days. Hope no F-16s need refuelling over Venezuela, or B-2s attacking Iran from their base in Kansas!

But the basic COMMON SENSE rule should be enough to tell you you're dealing with morons. You ever been INSIDE a hurricane? Or been caught in one, on the ground? 

Back in 2005 I flew through Hurricane KATRINA two nights in a row, going from Las Vegas to Ft. Lauderdale and back. (I still have all the documentation). On Night 1 the perfectly round cloud bands extended 400 MILES from the eye over New Orleans. I passed 100 miles from the eye, smooth as Sydney Sweeney's butt. Closer in, not so much. Watch a "hurricane hunter" video, you'll see. 

Night 2, flew right over New Orleans, when Katrina was moving north into Misissippi. Most of N.O. was blacked out, we all know what went on there. FLOODED.

Before the end of that hurricane season, I flew into or through THREE more Hurricanes in Florida. Never did it since. Trust me on this one -- NO WAY 50 or 80 pounds of "silver iodide" or "aluminium particulate" can influence those monsters in ANY way. Hundreds of thousands of square miles of life-threatening weather, and you're going to "steer" it with 50 pounds of silver powder? Suuuure 🤣

These dumbass "influencers", ex-USAF weather observers, even ex-USAF GENERALS who flew less in their entire careers than I did in ONE YEAR of airline flying, don't know DICK. They've never seen a hurricane up close, or at all. Or a big thunderstorm, for that matter. Coast Guard "hurricane hunters", oooooooh yes.... they do! Funny how this Dane fucker, or old Tuckey Carlson, don't interview THEM about "steering" or "modifying" hurricanes, eh?
