So, I’m building 4 of these. Starting with 20-21 rolling chassis. Electro&Co QS138V3 kit
I decided to get the motor as low as possible and built a simple little JIG to locate the sprocket in the exact location as stock. Machined a couple spacers for the bottom motor mount to French into the frame. I’m using the “noisy cricket” for the controller but plan to upgrade to the new zapper in the near future.
just got 2 of the frames back from powder so getting started. First one will be a Husky, 2 ktm’s and I think I’m gonna do an all red GasGas version as they are all the same bikes.

The battery came in and was slightly different dimensions than I had planned to mow to make a different tray bracket and tilt it back towards the center of the bike.
This is just so cool. Thanks for the pics, please keep 'em coming.
Battery box done. The leads were supposed to exit the rear but out the side they come. Next time I’ll build a box then send it to be stuffed with the battery. Still shouldn’t be a problem.
Enjoying the build.
Made a little more progress
Awesome build!!
If you don't mind, would love to see a parts list with a cost of each part. Do you have any idea on power output, run time and total weight vs stock KTM?
Please keep us updated, especially first ride impressions!!
Nice build.
Any updates on power you are getting and changes you would do on the next one?
Are any of the four converted frames available for purchase. Wish to build a 85 based electric trail bike.
Excited to see the other frames turned out.
Sorry man been super busy but here’s one that I just finished and it’s being pounded on now

Awesome update. She turned out great. PM'ed you.
