Whats the price difference, basically the same bike! Get the 2010 if its cheaper if its the same price get the11! I have a couple buddies that hav the 2010 and love it! They had their suspension done and one guy put a yosh pipe on it and the other a pro circuit pipe!

That sick if it was me though fmf all the way then yoshimira but the only big difference i see in the 2011 they changed the clutch for smoother shifting and they changed 2 and 4 fourth for better top end i think but thats really it. Do you know if the 2010 has showa suspension? the 2011 has showa forks and showa piggyback rear suspension, and im getting $1000 off the 2010 from the 2011

RMZ s use showa suspension, unless its a works bike in europe thay use KYB! I think the 11 model has a quieter silencer, ck transworld motocross i thin k they have a test on the rmz? The money ur saving can get your suspension done and fmf has that promo goin on now! I have a works connection elite perch on my rmz 450, butter smooth man! When you get it maybe you can send some pics!

I love kyb suspension, the pros use that and just flow over everything, that and pro circut suspension yeah i know i seen that promo for fmf, i used to get 20 percent off fmf not no more though. Yeah i can get my suspension set for like 600 to 800 froms my friends wmi racing, but thats if i want new springs and everything i can just get the sag and weight set in for my weight like 300 bucks oh and the 2011 they changed some starter caz i guess the 2010 gets a little hard to start wen its hot. ask your friends bout that on their 2010 if it gets a little hard to start after riding for a while

They have nt had any complaints or problems with their rmz s, just normal wear and tear items, keep the air filter clean and oil changed, always keep an eye on bolts when new, spokes also, once its broke in the bike is ready to rip! The pipe helped it start easier because the stock rmz mapping is good to go with a aftermarket pipe, self mapping, they use pump gas, they used stock springs they are lighter riders, stock suspension is decent but if you have a trustworthy suspension guy, its a good investment, FMF megabomb is the good pipe for that bike also!

Yea IMO take a least an hour to break it in get the fluids running thru and then change the original oil and check your fluids first sometimes from the dealer they are low and ck tire pressure, grease linkage, steering stem dbl check your coolant level also, all the specs and requirements should be in your manual Def take your time breaking in the bike, i have the fmf 4.1 megabomb on my bike rmz 450.
