I am looking at buying an 85cc (or 150r, 105sx, kx100) I am just wondering if the powervalve makes a big difference and if i should make sure i get a bike with a powervalve or it doesn't matter. I have spent 6 hours on a bike, I can shift and use the clutch fine, I can clear tabletops and turn fine...etc But I am still a beginner
Once you've developed the skill to corner the bike hard and feather the clutch, you might prefer the higher peak power output.
But a person can learn to ride using any of the three 85's regardless of power valve or not.
The Shop
DeCal Works Huge Plastic Inventory of UFO and Polisport kits.
Luxon 4-Post Bar Mounts
$189.95 - $239.95
but for your size, try a 100. the 85 is gonna be a little small and your gonna out grow it and its power wayyyyyyyyyyyy fast.
The bars do feel a little short but that is normal I think, you get used to them being lower than like a mountain bikes bars.
