2020 FC450 won’t shift into 3rd gear

Bike will start and run in 1st and 2nd gear but when I go to shift into 3rd it goes into neutral. Got back home and drained the oil to see if any metal shavings would come out but everything looked normal. Any ideas? Engine has 84 hours on it. By no means am I a mechanic so any insight would be much appreciated!

With that many hrs the gear could be bad or it could be in the shifting parts   You can message me for fixing
