I am looking to pick up a ‘13 crf250r in a few days that’s quite a drive from where I am located. From what the owner has told me it was trail ridden before him, then only ridden a few times in the last year since he owned it. About 20 hours on it since valve adjustment, other than that was told it was stock runs great. I was sent a video of someone starting it and idling, and figured I’d ask your thoughts on how it generally sounds? I haven’t had bikes for 7+ years and all I’ve owned is 2 strokes, so I’m in the dark with what to look for generally on a 4 stroke. Any advice / feedback would be super sick. Thanks guys (attached YT link to video)

Ahhh those were good bikes....I'd steer clear of that one looked hard to start and the fact that he mentioned recently adjusting the valves should start right up....and the black frame an swingarm don't really scream trail ridden I'd try to find a more oem looking bike the newer used rmzs are goin cheap
I dunno where you live but that looks like a dune bike to me. I’d keep looking.. rattle canned frame and swing arm is never a good sign. Rear rubber looks smoked too.
