How can he be so blatantly rascist, with Obama's blessing no doubt,. If those were white supremacist they would be under the jail.....& white people would be the ones to put them there.... I guess Obama is part of the New BLACK Panthers after all.....
If the KKK stood in front of a polling place using racial slang and threatening voters, do you think it would have been handled the same way?

It's not a "Yes or no" question
The real answer to your question is "Possible, but unlikely"
same as with these guys.
You just want to make a race issue out of it, because everything has to do with race with you, because Obama is involved, rather than looking at it solely for what it is, a legal issue
Justice is blind and race shouldn't ever add into the equation
Cases that look rock solid from the outside, get dropped every day
Look at that BART shooting, looks like a rock solid slam dunk conviction, huh?
How'd that turn out?
You're dealing with the law, there is no true, clear, black and white, everything is a shade of gray.
A prosecutor has to determine if the costs and other issues justifies the means, the end results.
And now the Justice Department is investigating the already-found-guilty officer. On a racial basis.

What does that mean?
What was the 1960's civil rights movement all about?
What would make accidentally drawing a revolver instead of a taser (which is what he was convicted of) a civil rights violation?
Only if the whole arrest were racially motivated or it were shown that the man was treated worse because of race would it be a civil rights violation.
It's bullshit to the core.
Looked like murder to me
A white guy can't violate the civil rights of another white guy?
Pit Row
There's a video of the black guys at the polling station, so they're guilty. Case closed.
There's a video of the cop shooting the guy in the back, therefore he must be guilty, right?
If they wish to vote where they go to school, then their legal residency has to be at school, which means their car registration and license has to be moved to the legal address.
If you guys read what I write (and you don't) you'd see I never defended the actions of the Black Panthers, my point has been entirely in regards to the legal system and how cases that seem solid may very well not be.
