The charges were dismissed against the Black Panthers, maybe thrown out isn't the correct term, I'm not sure but it's pretty close. Whatever. Can't answer? Fact is there was a hearing with three witnesses and the Panther with the club even stood up walked over to the witnesses and took a picture to intimidate them. Arlen Melendez is a lying idiot. What more is there? There's a video of the Black Panther with a club threatening voters, the charges were dismissed, when they shouldn't have been. Would the charges be dismissed if it was the KKK? Yes maybe 40 years ago, now? No they would have thrown them under the jail and i totally agree they should. Fox didn't edit the video, what do I need to admit to? What would make accidentally drawing a revolver instead of a taser (which is what he was convicted of) a civil rights violation?

That's all actually true. Students who are still dependents of their parents and still consider their parents' house to be "home" are to be registered to vote wherever their parents home is and are to vote absentee if they are away at school.

If they wish to vote where they go to school, then their legal residency has to be at school, which means their car registration and license has to be moved to the legal address.

I haven't asked all of them, Smoky next door does, my girlfriend does. It's bullshit and stuff like this isn't helping the Black race in anyway, it's a step back. Treating White people like shit because of things that happened in the past helps no one and will only prolong the tension. Things need to be equal, there's only one equal.
