I grew up with Sunday only racing. This alone kept me off the track. When my local track went to Sat. racing we immediatly took up MX racing. I have personally spent a fortune on this sport! I give so much time to my local track people think I own part of it. My point is, the change worked for my and everyone that I know. That is alot of new bikes and so on that would never have been bought, but Im sure some of you would like to see us back fishing huh?

Love the Sat. nationals! Allows me to recover on sundays before going back to the grind

Man I'll be honest, when I had the weekends off I preferred Sat racing but you never get the turnout. Period. A lot of people work on Saturday at least a half day, so you may get away with a Sat night race, but not Sunday.

In Corpus Christi in the 80's it was every Friday night and it was packed. We raced Friday night and again on Sunday out of town. My 2 cents. I think the nationals attendance will reflect lower numbers with Saturday racing, I can't go to Red Bud and never usually miss the chance. Bummer.
