I missed the actual exchange that got him [b:2erayi9b]clicked [/b:2erayi9b]so I don't know precisely what it was. However I figure there must be a misunderstanding behind it ... people jumping to the wrong conclusion. He emailed me with his side of the story a while back, and although this is a breach of privacy (sorry Horndog), here is what he told me:

I can understand [i:2erayi9b]that[/i:2erayi9b]. I cannot understand this claim that he was wishing harm upon anyone here or their family. Pure Bullshit.

What he said was fucked up and way over the line. Even for me. And I am a dick. He went to far, plain and simple. This is not a democracy here. This is GuyB's place. If he doesn't like the way you act towards other people, your out. Life is not fair, fucking deal with it and quit crying about that you don't think someone should have been clicked. If you don't like that someone is clicked and not here anymore, go start your own board and let who ever you want in.

The whole thing could have been blown off pretty easily by just telling Horny to STFU or get lost. Happens all the time.
But instead of just telling horny to get lost and moving on, the offending statement was repeated over and over and brought up in other unrelated threads - perhaps so everyone on MD would know the offensive thing he said?

There were other ways to make his point than the way he chose to but I didn't take it literally and I doubt many others did either.
I've seen plenty of insults here that could be taken just as badly as that one that didn't result in anybody getting clicked. I think there was quite a bit of 'pin action' after the original post that got his plug pulled...

Never had a problem with Horndog, But you just don't go talking like that about a mans children.
