Factory KTM and 'Rookie Bulls'

From what I recall, around 2013 Congress held a meeting about making the legal drinking age of energy drinks 16 or 18 unless all of the companies, more or less, agreed to stop marketing to kids. This is when Red Bull pulled out of Loretta's, and why you don't see any kids get Red Bull helmets before 16 (most recently, Kelana Humphrey). Also saw the Red Bull JAMS (US based amateur program) dissolve as well. 

Might remember when DiFrancesco and tons of other kiddos back then started rocking Hubert Lemonade helmets (instead of Monster)

I think Monster these days is a little more liberal with this handshake ruling while it seems Red Bull is pretty strict about it.

"Bull" in today's lingo means something else 😂
