Hi Vital,
Im wanting to buy 3D print files of MX or SX jumps/downramps, whoops, Tabletops, berms etc for my son who builds makeshift tracks on the loungeroom floor every night. I have access to printers, but i wouldn't know where to begin modelling the obstacles themselves with software.
Any help is appreciated.
Can I get the files sent my way as well? My kid wants to make some motor-bike tracks to sell…I mean play on.
Those should be super simple to model and I'ld be wiIlling to do it. Im just unfamiliar with them. Is their an example you could provide or website? Images? Scale?
If i know rough size ill knock some out and convert to stls for you. If it takes as little effort as Im imagining I couldn't even see charging anything.
It would be great if you could have little play and see if you could come up with something. It honestly doesnt have to be super detailed or anything like that. I did have some trouble finding a picture to demonstrate exactly what i mean, but something this shape with a smooth transition (so the little toy wheels roll smooth from carpet to jump).
Yup. Understand the moto side and different obstacles to make.
Just dont know how big the obstacles should be. What size are the toy bikes? Diameter of the wheels?
If you have a link to the toy bikes hes using i could go from there.

Oh sorry mate, my bad.
He plays with these 1:24 scale bikes. They have a wheel diameter of about an inch roughly.
Perfect, thats what I needed. Give me a few days.Got a few things on the go but would say mid week at the latest.
Here is a sample of a jump I called triple jump 1. I shelled(hollowed out) to save print marterial. Its proportional to a SX triple that would be 6ft high. This one is 75mm high which lines up to the 1/24 scale you mentioned. I also scaled jumps 2 and 3 as well they look similar but only smaller.
I can make more obstacles and share the stls but wanted to mare sure this is what you wanted before spending too much time on it.
