Dana is the UFC’s president.
Both promotions are owned by Endeavor Group like Jeremy said, and Endeavor is run/owned by Ari Emmanuel (inspiration for Ari Gold on Entourage, and former Obama  chief of staff Rham Emmanuel’s brother).
