So finally got to the track with the bike, King of the Castle meeting at Farleigh Castle, big Twin Shock meeting here in the UK. 

The track was levelled and seeded at tbe end of last year, and it was grassed over , which was awesome, but it rained all night, and so i qas expecting it to be a mudder, but the track sucked it all in, and apart from cutting out the steps fir safety reasons, it was perfect , no ruts , or anything remotely even soft.

Bike has been great, fun to ride, nithing fell off it , including me, went 18/21 in a 36 rider pre 85 Open class, which has no age splits, so at 59 i am one of the oldest guys in it.  2 more races tomorrow, will be happy with 2 top 20's.

Nobody gave it a second look lol... there are tons of big bore Suzuki's here, some proper nice ones, so mine doesnt stand out. Some nice stuff fir sale, Covid prices are deffo over.

So finally got to the track with the bike, King of the Castle meeting at Farleigh Castle, big Twin Shock meeting here in the UK.

Savage that the flywheel got stuck, had that issue with an 86 rm125 G I'm doing, right pain in the ass!

are you taking it to Farleigh castle next weekend? would be rad to see this in person.

No, i gave that race a miss, was supposed to be busy this weekend but now wont be, but will deffo be there in september.

Prep for the next race starts soon, picked up a set of bulldog spokes for the rear, it was sketchy with the old ones, i might gona new rim too if that can be had at right money.

New brake shoes and thicker oil in the forks , she will be good to go.

I can get original NOS front wheel spoke sets for £24 from that shop in Norway. I'll have a look at the rear ones by part number later today. i need a couple of new seals for the crank spacer and a few other NOS parts i can make a couple of £ from. Any other parts for your other bikes let me know and ill have a look. Check through those links on page 32 I think it was.

Hi Phil,

He didnt have a NOS rear set although if you know the size of the 2 spokes he'll probably have them in. I cant remember what size they were. I got stainless on mine. Ive just ordered a bunch of other parts today from him. His address is..

So its Farleigh Vets this weekend, will take the old bus as a spare spare. 

If the weather is decent i will ride it , it it isnt i will leave her in the trailer, might even stick a For Sale board on it with £10k on it, seeing what other idiots are trying to get for bikes that will still need a £5k resto to make them worth £7k, on top of the £10k they are asking LOL.
