Howdy guys, I’m new here and I’m working on a 1995 yz125. I threw in a new bottom and top end but when I went to assemble the power valve linkage, it didn’t have the little slot to fit on the powervalve shaft, and upon further investigation in the box of parts included with the bike, I found the slotted piece that fits on the shaft. I have now idea how to get this powervalve back together. I’ll include some pictures. Any help is appreciated, thanks!

Hey I actually ended up gettting the same bike off of Facebook marketplace and I’m working on that power valve issue rn I was gonna see if you had any ideas or help with it!

Unfortunately I no longer have the stl or ipt files or else I’d send them over.
Dang and were you the original Owner of this bike bc I actually ended up finding the spacer piece but I’m struggling to actually find the lever piece that connects to the linkage!
I found everything else I need for it except this part and the person I bought from said he lost this piece when trying to rebuild and I’m struggling to find this one part!

Is the bike chrome dipped? The one I had was chrome dipped and I rebuilt the top and bottom end. Sold it later that summer (2019).
You can print the spacer, but the linkage and any part subject to torsion will likely fail if it's printed using fdm or sla.
Look at the parts diagram provided by @Banana_oil to determine which is missing.
I believe so I bought it a few weeks ago from a younger gentleman and the power valve was already like this. And yeah I found the spacer and ordered it but I don’t have the metal lever
Did you ever have the bike running by any chance?
Hey I got the bike runnning I’m still just missing that lever piece to hold the spring torsion on. I was wondering if you were the original owner of the bike tho?
@williamlozano Are you in MN? I could probably machine one for you if you can't find it. Did you check ebay for it though? Look for the part number on the exploded parts diagram and look it up on ebay or some other used parts site. Could also 3d print one but there is no guarantee that it'll work for long due to heat and torsion...
Yes I did that already I searched all over eBay and every part site no one carries it. They only have a 93 in stock. And I’m in Ca if you made one I would pay for shipping
