Okay, gang...you may have seen a post about Billy Laninovich riding for Valli Motorsports Rockstar Yamaha this weekend.

After speaking with the owner of Valli, Chad Lanza, I can tell you that this one's false.

As for the original poster, well, he can sit on the sidelines for a while.

I know that we do have a little bit of a humor component built into some posts here, but please don't blatently post up stuff that's false, and try and pass it off as press release. It ends up spreading bad info, and I spend time on the phone trying to explain why people do stuff like that. (And there's no good answer.)

Bummer - I dig Billonovich and enjoyed the wording of that classic

and well-written Estonian press-release.

: " Kyle Regal recovers from technical unsportsmanlike work between rider

and team personnel. "

Did you ever think, in your entire lifetime, you would ever see those words connected in such an....interesting way?

...recovers from technical unsportsmanlike work between rider and team personnel...

Sorta reminds me of the Japanese motorcycle manuals from the 60's and '70's -

" Working with the sparking - plug gap is good for performance and enjoy health

of engine now for future. That why install in proper direction wound up and not

going wrong way or delete sequence stroke - use torque 178 kg rear to front and

back for repeat use."

I started the Kyle regal thread, I just posted what racer x and plup mx posted on Twitter. Nothing I made up and I didn't say one bad thing about Kyle except he should've stayed on the 250f

Man I'm really regretting not saying hello when I saw you go through the pits at Nations '07.

The lost potential vocabulary improvement through some possible momentary symbiosis-like happening has me awash in some kind of what-could-have-been moroseness....

Nope...Lifan and a number of other world class teams are always looking for good people.

I hear Chinese teams have this amazing arrangement where pro riders work on the assembly line 58 hours per week and the team supplies not one but two bikes AND the pros get to sleep in the tent!
