Hi all,

decided to do an 03 rm125.  I’m calling it a “WT”(Wild Thing)🤣.  It’s moving along slowly. Just got done with the suspension.  Cylinder is back from millennium so hoping to do the complete rebuild of the engine in the next couple weeks.  Still waiting on excel rims, swing arm and linkage bearing to come in. Since I didn’t do this from the start and don’t know how to attach more than one photo in a post I decided to make a video with all the photos I have taken to this point. Will keep up on it from this point on.

IMG 5454 2IMG 1940 1.jpeg?VersionId=Dyq6d6zJaXlJPNUoYComplete fork and shock service complete. Wheels had been spray bombed black.  I powder coated the hubs and will be using excel spokes, nipples and rims. Rims are supposed to be delivered today so I may lace them up during race tonight.

Probably my last update for a couple days.  Replaced the rest of the bearings and went ahead and put shock and swingarm on just to get them out of my way. IMG 2030.jpeg?VersionId=gpJqDQQmc1E1VXI.xS8yJAO1CgDm.IMG 2029IMG 2028.jpeg?VersionId=2rQiAYftnyn2H8.e9JP

It’s getting close. Rebuild engine and don’t like rear fender being yellow. Had the company make this instead as I think it will make side number plates and seat blend better.

Made some progress. Switched out decal and engine build is getting there.

This is so awesome! I've been looking around for a RM to do basically the same thing with...only yellow frame and original style plastics. I'd be building it for myself but keeping it for my son to ride when he gets big enough. Maybe put up another YouTube video of it running and in action?!
