Watching the race from Toronto on the tube and saw what happened between Moss and Tapia. I know that the AMA implemented the "no hands" rule, so I was wondering if either on of these guys or both were fined by the AMA? Obviously there were some "hands on" contact between these riders.

I just thought it was funny, because Davalos was DQ'ed for grabbing Barcia, but Moss made the main event, so he obviously wasn't DQ'ed. Just trying to figure out how that works????

No fines good thing cause neither one could afford it. Which brings up another subject. Purse money. I wish the general public knew that the the majority of racers out there cant be racing for money. I wish they could at least make enough to eat and make to to the next round. You cant make a living on what it pays in the 250 (lites class) for more info on your post though Go see the post Moss and Tapia? http://www.vitalmx.com/forums/MotoRelated,20/Moss-and-Tapia,850516

It is sad when the announcers make more money than the racers. Heck, I'll bet a couple flagmen make more.

I did have to pay $54.00 to park my pristine BMW 750 IL (V-12 cough, cough..) in

a slimy underground parking garage in the sleazy section of a swanky hotel

in Toronto's north-coast. So, yeah, I feel like financial punishment was adjudicated

on my behalf.

*Delta Chelsea's $12 breakfast buffet is well worth it. Scrumptious.
