For some reason, number 16 was used by some of my favorite underdog riders in history. Zacho, Doug Henry, Greg Albertyn, John Dowd. John Dowd held the number from 2000 through 2013 until Zacho took it over in 2014. Tom Vialle will be only the third rider to race with number 16 this millennium.
