2001 cr125 ignition questions

Bought a 2001 cr125 in a box to build for racing pre-mod H/S.

have no spark.

parts that came with the bike as fast as ignition were all messed up. It had a 2002 flywheel, eBay 2 plug cdi, eBay coil, eBay stator.

i got a 2001 oem cdi and coil.

still no spark.

stator test ok but cant check peak voltage values.

Is the 2002 flywheel compatible with 2001 ignition?

trying to decide if I should just get both or stator first.

Check for specific gap measurement between pick up an flywheel

Air gap is set to .015. All grounds cleaned, tried different coil

Cdi came from a running bike.

my biggest question would be this flywheel. 
 

2000-2001 had an 8 pole stator and in 2002 it went to a 4 pole stator. I just need a firm answer on the 2002 flywheel working in a 2001 system. Emailed rickystator earlier this

kirmkmg and the reply just now was they didn’t think the 2002 flywheel would work in the 2001 system. I guess I will buy a flywheel first. 🤷🏻‍♂️
