Water pump seal 2022 yz450f

I’ve changed water pump seal 3 times now and it still leaks on 22 yz450 f put new impeller in and everything does the seal leak until it’s bed in or shouldn’t leak straight away ? 
 

I don’t know what else it could be it’s leaking out of the weep hole!
