Recently got my stolen bike back after 15 months. Surprisingly this is the only actual damage done.
The thieves cut off the CCU and I'm wondering if it's safe to run the bike without it? It started right up and I got it around the block with no issues. I'm assuming it's fine but I'm doing some research beforehand. Haven't been able to find any info on running a stock bike without CCU. Only bikes with an aftermarket ECU.
The wires from the connector on my yz250f ccu pulled out a while back. I ran it like that for a while without issue.
