John, reading through the tail end of this thread I was beginning to believe you. It seemed feasible that you were printing them, got knocked for payment, but you recognised that the business model was productive and so took over the reins to do the job legitimately.... I would do the same tbf.. (Theo Paphitis claims never to have had an 'original' idea in his life- all he has ever done is copy other peoples ideas and made millions doing so!)

All i can say is i started printing around a year maybe 18 months before jan 2022. So sometime mid 2020 ish. I dont know a john stonehouse, i dont know anything about kool canvas, only what ive read up on since going down the rabbits hole on here. (google Chris campbell swindon advertiser, go onto google images, see the guy you all know and love, follow the rabbits hole youll see what i mean)
Im registered on companies house, ive only ever had one name. im vat registered, my warehouse is an actual place. Its on companies house for all to see. Are all of the images i have legit ? probably not, im not stupid i know porsche ferrari etc are shit hot on stuff, and they should be removed ect. For now i bulk uploaded, got the thing going. Slow time im removing things of artists ive found out have had there work nicked etc. Agreed i really should do the bigger names too.
So the porsche thread you linked was previous to me having any knowledge in this field at all... And even now im still learning... at the end of the day im a printer by trade.. im not a massive bike / car / motox follower before i started the business.. i do now for the sake of my job ofcourse.

All i know is chris campbell used to have a bloke called john as his wingman at most shows, and yes the guys at retro know all about chris and im in the process of letting them know about name changes etc, but the funny thing is i think his name was john thurston and thats even funnier as john thurston was a famous 18th century printer...what are the chances of that..

We have had to get the md of some events to speak to each other to confirm we are who we say we are. We have also had mds ring the other big events we have done. To confirm we have had zero issues with missing parcels or prints etc. So hopefully when they've done that this can be resolved.
I've never attended an event with art for petrolheads. I visited once.. when I was owed close to 11k near the end. And got it down to 1600 quid. I was there an hour and it wasn't a sociable visit.
