Possible scammer, this account reached out to me. It was created today. I emailed the person and they sent the picture below. They could not provide a picture of the label with the part number. Just seemed super scammy, wanted to pass this along

Found it in 15 seconds using google chrome reverse image search on my phone. Chrome is the only one that consistently works for me finding the source image. Has saved me multiple times in the past.

If you have an iPhone (probably android too) download the google chrome app and surf the web the way you would on any other app. If you want to find the source of an image you’re viewing just click and hold on the photo for a second until this pops up.

Hit the search image with google option.

Then select find image source. If the photo is already on the internet it will show you the first place it’s ever been posted.

Yeah hes a scammer. He also sent me a private message from the user (Yrrd04) where he told me to contact user (mikey3809) via e-mail mannionbradd@gmail.com. He said he has the pants i'm looking for including the asking price, and then posted stolen pictures from Poshmark and these pants was not not even the pants that i'm looking for... What an idiot.

Sometimes I wonder if the scam is just to get You to respond to the email for some reason. Once they have that they got what they wanted for needed? Idk I’m stupid like langham

Great post on the how to for a image search.

The easiest way to quickly dismiss a scammer is if they are linking you to a so called buddy with one.

Who does that? I have sold loads of items on the internet and never have I posted a friends email who had something for sale.

The scammer insures emails going to that address are his potential victims. Super easy to maintain his/her scams.

The best deterrent is to out these individuals every time. More education for the rest of us. Thanks.
