Ken Roczens' HEP Progressive Suzuki replica...2-stroke build

Look what just arrived this week! Big shout out to Paeden over at SKDA for helping me out & getting this graphic kit perfected & to my liking. Just awaiting delivery on some fresh, new Polisport plastics and I'll be slapping this kit onto my 2008 RM250. I'm going to go all out on this one & I'll finally reach out to the guys/gals over at Dubya and get some FACTORY looking wheels & hubs to complete this build.Ken Roczen HEP Progressive Suzuki graphics kit 2008 RM250.jpg?VersionId=JLej Wf3uRfbjrZx0qhqdAon740

Let me know if you need any tape to match Kenny’s bike.

Managed to get all my plastics & seat cover picked up in time from Mike's Parcel Service. I hear that the flood waters in North Dakota are cresting soon & road closures are imminent! Pics coming soon...

WOWZERS…has it really been that long since I updated this thread!! Can’t believe I haven’t thrown a leg over this beast in quite some time either! Big shout to SKDA for the replica graphics kit. Overall fit up was spot on EXCEPT for the right sided number plate = graphics seemed to be a little short when lining up with the air box decal. Next on the hit list is a set of yellow Excels with a pair of Envymx hubs…c’mon guys, send me some discount codes cuz our $CAD$ dollar SUCKS !!

They are Raptor KTM pegs RX001 that I ordered off of eBay. Basically a drop in fit out of the box BUT, I did file the stops a little so they would sit more true & square with the frame. I maybe removed an 1/8” of an inch of material from each peg.

I should also note that these Raptor pegs are 3mm lower in height when compared to stock.

Awesome cheers.

I bought a set of the cheapo 24MX Ti KTM pegs, but sent them back as they fitted really badly. Looking from above, the pegs were twisted rearward. And looking at the bike side on, the pegs were tilted forward 20 or more degrees.

Probably more down to the build quality as your Raptors look spot on

I also tried ordering a set of Pro Pegs for the same KTM model years and they did NOT fit up whatsoever (I would have had to grind away a good portion of the stop & I didn't want to compromise any integrity/strength)!

Seems like Raptor is the brand to go with when it comes to 01'-08' RM125 & 250 2-strokes.

I’m seeing a couple different designs in the Raptor KTM RX001 foot pegs (not sure why that is) that fit our RM 2-strokes…can anyone shed some light on this?

Here’s a pic of another forum members bike belonging to Shaunbruce827 (03’ RM125):

I got a reply from Raptor sales this morning:

“Yes, we are constantly updating our peg design from field feedback and production techniques, the older design is the one pictured in the Shaunbruce827 forum post.”

Nice work. I think your later peg design looks a bit sleeker.

Will get myself a set!
