Best dealers in the Southeast for a out the door price on a Yamaha YZ450f 2023?

Best price I have found is $10786.00 OTD no tax since I am out of state. That's in Johnson Tennessee but it's 400 miles from me. I'm in Montgomery Al. The fees are a scam I have talked to some dealers who bumped the price up 2 or 3k. Please help thanks.
