Yeah I have no idea. There is a crap hole riding area near me that is way smaller and not as much stuff and they want 1.5 million. The land is probably worth a fifth of that as it's rocky and hilly. I would think for the nostalgia alone Broome would be worth the asking price to someone that had money. If it's like most national tracks, I am sure it's in the middle of nowhere. The few I have been too are for sure.

Broome is about 20 minutes north of Binghamton NY and 45 minutes south of Syracuse, so it's not too bad
