Seems I’ve lost my profile on Vital that I’ve had for a very long time.
I had to log back in today and can’t find my old profile.
I signed back in thinking I was signing in with my old account but I seem to have a new one.
I want my old one back please admin.
I'd like my OG account to please
This happened to me a few weeks ago, i never log out so whenever i get on (pretty everyday) it remembers what posts i have read etc.One day i jumped on and every post i opened it took me back to the first page, i eventually realised i was logged out so tried to log in and it kept saying incorrect password so i went through the process of changing password using my email and when when i was able to log back in my profile name had changed from BigMunster to Munster.I emailed Vital for some help so for a few days i went on as a visitor eventually i tried again with my original email/username and password and everything went back to my settings.I noticed that the two other posts are from Aussie,,, maybe just a coincidence.
