I just don't like being reminded of broken bones, especially if I have am going riding.

We all know gravity always wins!

No one is a fan of injuries, but the reality is MX is a dangerous sport, and we should never fail to remind ourselves to be careful.

If seeing a picture of an XRAY bothers you that bad, then maybe MX is not the sport for you.

Yeah dude it does suck.

One thing I always hated was sitting on the line and seeing the races stopped because of a bad crash in the moto before yours. Then seeing a dude carted off on a back board.
It always gave me a sour stomach and weak feeling in my chest.

Well, 30 years after my first race, I've pretty much figured out mx is for me. Thanks anyway.

I don't know whether people want sympathy or some type of credit for pounding themselves into the ground. Personally, I don't think wadding yourself is something to be proud of. I don't need a pic of somebody's snapped femur to "remind" myself to ride safe.

Ouch-- it freaking hurts. We get it. I don't want to see your mangled limbs all day.

Scottie, that looks like some shade tree mechanic sh1t with bailing wire.

All you need to complete it is some duct tape.

I've been walking with a limp and metal in my femur since I was 14. I'm over it at 39 and that's only one leg injury. Then there's the knee, ankle, foot, shoulders, thumb, wrists, etc...... badges of honor? not really
