I'm not some Joseph Allen mega fan, Supercross was the first I'd seen of him, but the guy is crazy enthusiastic for it (maybe a little too much, is that people's beef with him?) and at least he's legitimately into motocross to some degree, I can't see a reason to hate on the guy.

I'm not some Joseph Allen mega fan, Supercross was the first I'd seen of him, but the guy is crazy enthusiastic for it (maybe a little too much, is that people's beef with him?) and at least he's legitimately into motocross to some degree, I can't see a reason to hate on the guy.
I honestly think seeing him through the TV during the ama series gave me the wrong impression, because he was incredible in person.

I was there last night, I though he did a good job he’s obviously passionate about his job and trying would be hard to announce it front of that many people. The only thing I didn’t like is in opening ceremonies is when he asked roczen hill Brayton and friese what’s the best dating advice I was like come on many this is supey not a reality tv show haha

Hi Mate, we were there as well and you're right, that question was pretty random but at least some of the answers got a laugh from the crowd.

Hes crazy enthusiastic which is great as listening to a monotone guy would be a loooong night but he needs to work on his names. At one stage he called Bilko "Bilbo", called Mitch Norris "Michael and Josh Hill "Justin".

Also yelling at the guys guys when the 30 second board is up was pretty wild, Telling them that all the training comes down to this, theres only one winner etc but he was a lot better than I thought he would be and he hypes the crowd with his energy so there is a lot more to like than hate.

Magoo likes Ralph and emig cause there familiar. Even if they objectively stink. They did it for so long he began to associate SX with their voices.

He was held hostage by there shitty announcing for so long he fell he eventually grew to like it.
