Interesting. The channel 7 article says he left the courthouse in a wheelchair with the marijuana on his lap. But here's the picture from Boulder newspaper website of him celebrating the case with his lawyer:

And how often do you see jurors come up to the defendant and do this after a case?

Isnt it kinda fucked up now? They had a teacher who was arrested and on the local headline news because a dope-dog sniffed her car and barked, upon the search they found one seed. One seed.

It does stink.

I was standing on a street corner Tuesday afternoon when an Escalade rolled up and stopped at the light. The driver's window was cracked, and I could smell the dank all the way across the street.

I AM NOT A HATER!!!! I am all for legalization. Gov has it's hand in all kinds of places it does not belong. It is a good source of revenue and like any other commodity it can revitalize struggling local economies!

They won't collect nearly as much in tax as you think if they legalize. Most people will attempt to grow there own.

I think your wrong.

Growing costs way too much and is too complicated for most. when weed is legalized the price of weed will plummet.

It will be too convenient to get and waiting 3 months won't be worth it.

Every little bit helps and that is what they said after prohibition was repealled. There are still several illegal stills but the majority of people distilling alcohol today do so legally.

I've seen a few operations in my time.

I don't have the balls to do it in my home.

Demand will grow and big manufacturers will step in to cut costs drastically, just like they did with tobacco and alcohol.
