This inlcudes everything you need but exhaust. This kit is new, we decided not to upgrade the 2nd bike wanted to leave stock for the kids. I actually have an ECM, not just a reflash of yours. I bought it right from CJR with the reflash already in for these parts and an exhaust kit. $400
