hey guys im mounting some big bike bark busters on my rm85 just to get me
by this weekend. everything fits ok until i got to where they clamp on to the bars. they are made for thicker bars so there is a space in between the clamp and the bars. does anybody know of something i could use as a shim between the clamps and the bars?

Try teflon tape. You will have to make many wraps but it will not hurt your bars either. Check you local dealer and they may have the standard bar size mounts in stock. They will swivel with the teflon but it is your safest bet for your bars. Put more tape on than you need to fill the void and pinch it with the clamps, this will cut down on the swiveling problem.
