Hi all,
Doing a SSS swap on a 2002 KX250 with 2017 YZ450 kit forks & front wheel/brakes with 2019 stock YZ450 triple clamps.
I'm swapping everything over rather than dealing with having to part it out, that way I have the stock 2002 kx250 front end together intact.
1) Are there any issues with overall chassis/wheel/axle spacing or placement? The stock clamp offset for 2019 is 22mm which is what the pro circuit clamps are for that year, and I've seen multiple sources state that getting pro circuit or koubalink lowering linkage is recommended for those years kx125/250 that work better with the 22mm clamps. (also have an '03 KX125 that I'm planning on doing a similar swap as well)
2) What are the stock '00, '02, and '03 KX steering stem lengths? And what is the '19 YZ450 steering stem length? Will I be able to use the '19 steering stem in the '02 KX250 frame? I suspect it's longer. I can get a '00 KX250 steering stem to have pressed into the '19 YZ450f clamps if it's the same as the '02 or if it's needed. Hopefully can reuse the '19 YZ450f stem.
Thanks!

I did a bit of digging and if someone else can correct me if im wrong but it looks like 12+ yz450F are 35mm lug offset.
Have no idea on the '02 KX250 lug offset though. Still looking into that - Looks like it's either 32mm or 35mm.
Thanks!
