Roughly 20 hours. Sprung for 140 pounds or 250.
Have both springs. This shock does not have high speed compression adjustment. 450$. Text 7403604461.

I have the same ohlin shock on my 19'.
Been setup for 190lbs and mx, day and night difference and the ajduster make it very easy to adjust on the fly.
Zero regret for myself.
