moto 9 mips vs moto 9s flex

im getting a new helmet and was curious what peoples thoughts were about the moto 9 mips vs the flex as in safety features. there a pretty big difference in price so i didn't no since the normal moto 9 has the mips, if flex design really has more safety to it? and also that all other brands are using mips for the most part has me wondering if the flex design is really worth it? any insight is appreciated thank!
