Tried searching, didn't find anything related. But, if this has come up in discussion before, my apologies.
To the issue: a buddy of mine has a 2021 Husqvarna TC250. All stock, been a great bike. Probably 15-20 hours on it (if any of that matters).
Riding last night, an issue developed where, upon wide open throttle, the bike would bog / cut out. Not like a problem with fueling, but almost seems electrical. Runs great off the start, get up into gears 3 or 4, and its like a lightswitch when wide open, won't actually die, and will recover as soon as you let off the throttle the slightest bit. In that scenario, if he were to go back to 100% throttle, bog returns.
If instead, when bog happens, he chops the throttle (100% > 0% > 100% ), it will run strong as ever.
Because this is such a quick recovery, it doesn't seem like it's a fuel / carb related issue. Therefore, I lean towards thinking it's an electrical connection, but there's hardly anything electric on these bikes. Started simple, checked spark plug boot/cap, everything seems fine there.
Just starting a thread to see if anyone else has experienced this before. Haven't dug into the issue too much yet, but plan to update as things progress.

The other thing I accidentally left out was this issue started right after filling the tank.
My buddy took the tank off, drained it, and took the petcock off the tank. He then blew some air through it, and noted that it seemed like there was some sort of restriction that "let loose" when doing so.
He's since put about an hour on it, and it has not happened again. So, we're thinking perhaps some debris made its way into the tank, and under full load, was being sucked up against the inlet to the petcock, choking the bike of desired fuel.
