2 STROKE PIPE REPAIR KIT. NO JOKE. WORKS GREAT.

I designed this a couple of years ago. They are now sold all over the world. If you have a 2-stroke motocross pipe that is dented, this, along with a heat source like MAPP Gas or similar, and an air compressor will help you fix your $250 two stroke pipe.

If your pipe is cracked that will have to be repaired first for this to work. You can have no leaks in your pipe. It has to be air-tight for this device to work.

Works great for vintage pipes that are no longer in production or any 2-stroke expansion chamber exhaust. If you have a racing shifter kart, racing jetski, snowmobile, etc. this can work wonders for you.

PLEASE CHECK THE DIMENSIONS OF THE ITEM BELOW AND MAKE SURE IT WILL FIT YOUR PIPE. THIS DEVICE SHOULD FIT MOST 2-STROKE PIPES OUT THERE. YOUR PIPE NEEDS TO BE CLOSE TO OR SMALLER SIZE THAN THE LISTED DIMENSIONS. WE HAVE HAD A COUPLE OF INSTANCES WHERE THE DEVICE IS BARELY TOO SMALL FOR SOME BRANDS OF AFTERMARKET PIPE. THE OUTER DIAMETER OF YOUR PIPE NEEDS TO BE CLOSE TO OR SMALLER THAN 3.5cm (1.18") AT THE SILENCER END. AND CLOSE TO OR SMALLER THAN 7.5cm (2.7") AT THE HEAD END. MAKE SURE YOURS WILL FIT PER THE DIMENSIONS LISTED.

If your pipe is really smashed , even this item might not be able to fix it. Use your best judgement.
Any cracks in pipe must be welded first in order for this to work. You cannot have any air leaks in your pipe!

Might not fit every pipe known to man. But should fit most 2-stroke expansion pipes. Check the dimensions below:
Close to or smaller than 7.5cm (2.7") actual outer diameter at head pipe
Close to or smaller than 3.5cm (1.18") pipe diameter at silencer end
The outer diameter of your pipe needs to be near those dimensions or smaller.
