Need Help kyb billet AXLE BRACKET What grade of material is used for forming? 6065 or 6061 -7075?

What are you making? If you only had those 3 material to choose from t7075 is going to be your best best. The T6061 will not do well nor will the T6065. Also look into the "T" rating which is any treatments done to the material I.E T is a heat treatment meaning it will not bend as well without causing stress fractures in the material. Normally Aluminum in the 3xxx series are great for bending and forming but can be pretty soft without so sort of post manufacturing heat treatment or a hard anodizing.
