Should sxf front wheel bearing be stiff when spacer installed

Hi guys, just put new wheel bearings in my 2015 sxf 250 yesterday haven’t installed it on the bike yet , but before I do a bit of knowledge from someone who might know more. When I put the spacers on the bearing I tap them in snug into the bearing, I figure it’s just the seal that’s stopping it from turning very smoothly it still turns but not freely as in u just can’t spin it and let go. Would anyone know if this is correct?

As in the silver spacer between wheel and fork lug? That shouldn't spin freely so you're ok, bearing will spin internally via the axle

Ya that’s the big alright. Was thinking it shouldn’t but just wanted to make sure as I didn’t do ktm wheel bearings before thanks for your help
