Noticed GL wasn't in booth today and didn't think much of it until Weege mentioned something on his post show about him quitting? He was cryptic but sounds like something to do with with politics or controversy or something? Assumed there'd be a 20 page thread going but to my surprise(unless I'm overlooking) didn't see anything....

So what's the scoop? I have no idea what transpired but he's hands down my favorite color analyst in the sport and would be a shame to lose him.

I thought Emig did great and hopefully GL makes his way back in Whiskey Throttle or something. I always enjoy listening to him speak about the sport.

It's a job. You work for them. They can send you home for any reason. Medical status is irrelevant. I fully support GL and wish him the best.


I will say he was the best GL in the both the last few weeks that I have seen. His insight was remarkable.

Jeffro steps in on short notice and we are back to the basics. Be my Huck-A-Buckle Berry.

Spot on. This was going to be GL's last season, so for him to throw in the towel with 3 races to go must have been an easy decision for him.

As for the Vaxx, I've had my first shot and will be due for my second in a couple of weeks. After being sick with the Delta varient I'm shit scared of Covid hence my call to get the shots.

If what I heard yesterday is correct, GL planned to stop doing commentating at the end of this season.

Here are a couple of things we’re not doing in here.
