Ohlins RXF48 A-Kit for 2016+ KTM, Husqvarna, Sherco

Hello, today for sale I have a set of Ohlins RXF 48 A-Kit forks for all 2016+ KTM’s, Husqvarnas and Shercos. As you can see from the photos these fork are in like new condition with only a handful of hours on them. With that being said, I did nick one of the seals with a seal saver and it does weep a little oil. I would let these go for $1800 if you would like to replace the seals yourself or $2000 if I do it. PM for photos its not letting me upload them here

What bike did it come off? Link bike or PDS? Part number would really help. Its on the brake side of the fork lug. Thanks

The part number for the forks is FGSH 1886 and these came off of my 2016 KTM 450 SXF (Link Bike)

Guys beware of this guy. So my buddy bought these forks. They aren’t ktm forks. They are sherco forks. Which of the valving was just different would be fine. Lugs are different. And the biggest issue is the length. Here are the so called ktm forks next to a set of actual ktm forks. The bike wouldn’t handle really well. About 2 inches shorter. He reached out to try to return them since they aren’t what he advertised but the guy never responded.

I advise you and your buddy to crack open the internals to see if they were shortened internally.

I had a pair of Ohlins that were shortened exactly 2" at the springs by the previous owner because he ran them on a different bike.

You never know, it may be as simple as correct springs but I can't think of any reason why Sherco forks would be a complete 2" shorter, that is A LOT of travel taken away.

Definitely sorry this happened to your buddy, that guy should return them if he is lying or if you can get PayPal customer service involved.

That happened. Springs were cut and spacers. Annoying but no biggie deal. The bigger deal was the sherco lugs VS the KTM lugs.

Thanks for the heads up, Man I almost jumped on this deal as I have been waiting for some ohlins in this price range, Glad it was fixable but this is just another example of why to not send as F&F if the item is over a hundred bucks or more than you are willing to risk losing.
