Anyone else get a letter? I bought tickets for Boston last year (a snowstorm 😅) which was cancelled due to COVID.

I assumed the money was refunded, maybe it wasn’t.

Sounds like a Freudian slip but check it out.
Says because the event was 100% guaranteed us who purchased tickets from them are justified a refund.
Vivid was holding the money back,
