LECTRON Carburetors [HELP]

I've just received a Lectron Carburetor with two bags inside the box:
1. contains the carburetor
2. throttle cable

I tried to install it but there is not needle/slide. This part is missing. That costed me more than 500 eur. Do anyone knows if this part has to be ordered aside or should be with the carburetor?

It is supposed to come with a needle and slide in the box but they can be ordered from Lectron.

Their quality control isn't the best (had a issue in the past), but their customer service is very good. They will make it right, just call them.

Return it and buy a Keihin.

Had a couple issues too, but they always made it right

Definitely contact them, they forgot to put the slide in your carb

Should be 100% complete.

Only "issue" i had is my bike required the +3 cable, not the +1 they supplied even after re-routing to try and make it work. Not sure how they thought the +1 would work. Every time i turned my bars, the bike revved Laughing

Overall, very good product, bike runs great all of the time regardless of elevation (been between 0-6k ft) with no adjustments required.
