I’m an amateur mechanic who’s doing his first rebuild on a 2018 yz 65. The bike just fell into my hands
One day the bike just seized up and I decided to do a full rebuild, I replaced seals bearings the camshaft piston rings and gaskets. I’m going to close up my case and boom I find this piece I have no idea where it goes. I’ve looked at tons of diagrams, and I’ve even spoken with my local Yamaha dealer bringing the piece to them to see if they could figure it out and the best they got back to me with was asking me if it got mixed in with some other parts. I WANNA KNOW IF ANY OF YOU OUT THERE KNOW WHAT THIS IS ON THIS BIKE SOMEONE help me plz!

Side note, what cam did you put in there? Haha, just a joke, I’m guessing you meant crankshaft..
Didn’t wanna put it together without at least trying to figure out what it was
