Ya know, I’ve read a lot of dumb shit, but this “free speech” one on a privately owned (or publicly traded one) is one of the dumbest things I have read, far too many times.

First, did you actually read the EULA? Do you know what that is? Terms of service?

No, you just clicked yes and moved on.

Owner has The right to tell you to piss off and delete whatever they want. They can even edit it if they want.

But hey, you’re free to stand in the street in front of your house yelling about how Vital has oppressed you, at least until your wife tells you to STFU, or the police, whichever comes first, again proving, free speech has limitations.

Vital owns this site, you’re a guest. If you cause a disturbance, or trouble, they have every right to shut you down, even remove you from the site.

The fact that you’re still here, talking shit, proves they’re being generous.

Show me some law or constitutional provision giving you the “right” to say whatever dumb shit you want on a privately owned commercial forum.
