It's just a blatant notice to anyone who doesn't live and eat like the Democrats want you too. This is the shit I've been talking about since November. As soon as they get their hands on health care, they will start social engineering through the tax system. I really thought they would try to pass the program first, then start taxing anybody who doesn't live on rice and bamboo shoots. But they are forecasting the future for us. This is Democrats Gone Wild.
