1980 YZ50? question

I'm late to the game and this was before my time, but I want a YZ50 that I have recently discovered. I know that they were only made for 1 year in 1980,but I also found out they have white ones...

My question is this, did they also come in white....or was that a Canadian/Non American model? I don't know jack about these, so anything else you guys wanna share about them would be sweet. Thanks.

Over here in Aus we had the white model, came out from 1980 to I think 1984. 2 different shapes, 1982 was a later shape with safety seat and squarer shaped number plates. Once you start digging for info on these there's a lot to learn.

I may be wrong, I don't think the YZ465 swingarm is gonna fit on a YZ50

I think he read 250 and not 50. I have trouble imagining a full grown man racing a YZ50 unless then engine was transplanted into a larger frame like they do in Europe
